Event Description:

A gentle transition from doing to being.

Unwind in the beauty of the gardens as the day softens into evening. This restorative sound bath invites you to slow down, release tension, and settle into a deeper state of calm through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other healing instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to lie comfortably on the ground (such as a pillow, blanket, or light layers). We recommend applying bug spray prior to your arrival as this is an outdoor event.
