Sound Bath Meditations

Meditation made effortless. A sound bath is a meditative, full-body listening experience. Sound therapy stimulates your brain into different therapeutic states through the physics principal of entrainment, where one rhythmic system falls in line with another. The sounds from the bowls affect brain activity to help create a state of mental well-being. When we influence our brainwaves we can influence how well we can relax, focus, and sleep. The entire experience is done lying down—sessions last one hour

Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a series of breath, body, and awareness techniques to optimize physical restoration and to create a different relationship with stress-producing thoughts and emotions. All you have to do is show up and lie down—45min of nidra = 3 hourse of sleep!
