What is a Cacao ceremony?
Cacao is ancient heart-medicine — a portal into vulnerability, presence, and connection. In the alchemical space of ceremony, this medicine invites us to soften, to open, and to remember. My cacao gatherings are held with intention, reverence, and the energetic container necessary for deep healing.
A cacao ceremony is a sacred experience in which we consume pure, ceremonial-grade cacao as a tool to open the energetic heart, soften defenses, and journey inward. Unlike “drinking chocolate,” ceremonial cacao is prepared and consumed with ritual, intention, and respect — inviting presence, release, insight, and communion (with self, spirit, and community).
Within the container of ceremony, we may use breath, movement, sound, meditation, relational practices, and ritual elements (smudging, intention setting, sharing circles) to deepen the experience. The medicine of cacao acts as a guide and companion on the journey.
Ceremonies are offered for groups, creating a shared space of healing and connection, or one-on-one, tailored for individual support and deeper personal transformation.
